Shipping

I ship all of my items via USPS First Class/Priority Mail® and USPS international First Class. Shipping will be calculated at checkout.

I'm not responsible for stolen packages or orders that have the wrong address entered. Please double check your order confirmation to verify that what you've entered as your shipping address is true and correct.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Please check out my updates/news posts, which you can view on the homepage, I’ll try my best to keep you updated if there’s any shipping delays.

Standard Shipping Methods ( First Class/Priority Mail): I will ship your order as soon as possible, please keep in mind that there may be processing delays in shipping during times when I’m away at events (please check event page to see my schedule), sale events and peak shopping days.

Expedited Shipping (Express): If you want your order to be expedited, please send me a message first, to see if it can be done. I have a very busy schedule preparing for shows and most importantly being a mom. So if you need a item to arrive on a certain date, please email me.

Domestic (US) Delivery Options

For Contiguous US:

I only offer USPS as shipping option:

For items available now, you should get them within 5 working days in the US*
For made to order items, please allow an additional 8-15 days*

I believe that USPS offers reasonable delivery rates. Which is why I only charge you to cover the postage and packaging costs.

For Non-Contiguous US:

For Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, & the US Virgin Islands, I offer the same shipping options as above with an additional 1-3 days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes I do, I ship USPS International first class. Any additional charges for customs clearance or import duties must be paid by the customer.

For items available now, you should get them within 10-20 working days*
For made to order items, please allow an additional 10-14 days*

PLEASE NOTE: CERTAIN COUNTRIES CHARGE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES AND INDEPENDENT CARRIER CHARGES. I CAN’T ANTICIPATE THESE COSTS AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REIMBURSE YOU FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INCURRED. BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHAT KINDS OF FEES YOU CAN EXPECT.

Standard USPS Mail Shipping Within the US

Return or exchange

Please send me a message through my Contact Me page with questions with returns. I hope that you’re happy with your purchase, but if you have a problem, I’ll accept returns within 30 days (40 Days for international) of placing the order. Please note:

Custom Orders are NON RETURNABLE
Please return all items in top notch condition, with tags.
The cost of returning the item(s) is your responsibility, as is the item until it reaches us.
I will offer an exchange or refund, please let us know which you would prefer.
Refunds are credited to the same account and in the same manner as the original purchase (PayPal), when I have received the returned goods.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or I made a mistake with packing.

Return address:

If your item is approve of a return, I’ll will forward you a return address. Once item is received by me, I will process your return.
